Delivery & Returns
In the event that your item doesn’t fit or the product is faulty we’re happy to exchange for a credit note. The credit note is a unique code only redeemable by the same account used on the original purchase.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange for a credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the swing tag not removed.
Items that have been exclusively sourced may not be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Some items posted on the website are delivered in a just in time basis. These items will never show as out of stock on our web page - If your ordering in the UK and these products are not in stock in our UK warehouse - delivery times may be extended on these items as we have to source these items from our Italy warehouse and ship to the UK before we can dispatch out to the customer. Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of these items.
